5 potatoes

1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
2 tablespoons of butter


Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Chop the onion into small pieces and roast it with oil. Then add the potatoes, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Set aside for cooling. Knead the dough; Put the flour in a kneading bowl and add the egg and salt, then add the water and knead the dough until it comes together. When the kneading process is finished, then divide the dough into two parts.

Roll out the first piece on the floured counter with a rolling pin. Cut the dough into round pieces with the help of a water glass. Put 1 teaspoon of potato mixture into each round piece and then close it. Flour a tray and place the closed dumplings on the tray. Do this until all the dough is used up. Put water in a large pot and bring it to a boil, then add a little salt. When the water boils, slowly drop the dumplings into the water and close the lid of the pot until cooked. When the dumplings rise to the surface of the water later, the dumplings are cooked. Prepare the yogurt with garlic. Melt the butter and light the red pepper flakes in the butter. Put the manti on a plate and pour the melted butter over it and serve with the yogurt.
