Where Did Fresh Beans Come From?
Ingredients for Green Beans Recipe:
Half a kilo of green beans (can be increased according to desire)
1 dry onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
5 tablespoons of olive oil
Half a teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup hot water
Green Bean Preparation:
First of all, separating your beans from the bones is the only factor that directly affects the satisfaction during the meal. Therefore, we recommend that you sort the beans meticulously. After this process, let’s prepare the ingredients. Finely chop the onion and garlic and grate the tomatoes. Since it is summer, the juicier and meatier the tomatoes, the more flavorful your dish will be, and you can even cook the dish in tomato juice without adding water. Wash the green beans of your choice, remove any bones and chop them as you wish. Put the olive oil in a pot and fry the onion and garlic. Then add the green beans and continue roasting.
Finally, add the grated tomatoes, salt, sugar and water and cook over low heat with the lid closed for 30-35 minutes. Depending on the type of beans you have chosen, the cooking time may be longer or shorter. Open and check from time to time so that you can adjust this time well. You can serve it hot or cold according to your preference. Although it is generally preferred to be eaten hot, we think that you will actually get the flavor better when cold and it will cool you down in the heat of summer. For this reason, we recommend that you consume it cold. Enjoy your meal.
